Care Instructions for leads & collars
BioThane® comes in all different colours and widths, so we can find one that suits you.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth or spray with disinfectant and wipe down.

DO NOT immerse in water for prolonged periods. Leave flat to dry.

If exposed to salt water rinse with fresh water and leave to dry as normal.

If really dirty use warm soapy water to wash, rinse and dry well.
Waterproof & Stink Proof
BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp.
It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and stink-proof!
For dog owners, this is a massive plus point.
It means no more wet-dog smell after a riverside walk or beach day. No long-term doggy smell from everyday wear. And when your pup decides to roll in something VERY imaginable, you can wash your BioThane with soap and water and even sterilise it - with no lingering smell!
Make sure to rinse your leads & collars with plenty of fresh water if your pup has been by, or in, the sea. Salt has a wearing effect on the fittings and fixtures and will cause them to corrode and wear out faster if left to dry.
Blitz Snufflemats
Snufflemats and balls are amazing enrichment items. Simply pop some dry food or treats in the hidden places and leave your cat, dog or even bunny to sniff and explore. This can slow eating, prevent bloat, boredom and can even help to tire your pet out!
We advise removing the snufflemat or ball once your pet has finished with it, it should only be enjoyed for receiving treats or feeding.
Check before each use to ensure that it is safe for use, if the item becomes damaged we advise removing the item immediately.
Our mats are durable but not indestructible so please don’t allow your pet to chew.
Mat my mark polished or smooth services, please supervise at all times.

♦️ Place inside pillow case to stop it banging around.
♦️ Use small amount of detergent, no softener
♦️ Air dry only, do not tumble dry.

Bandanas & Bows
Available in varying sizes these bandanas and bows can be easily slipped onto a collar.
Sizing - All sizes are approximate
Small - 14cm/5in (will fit 1.6cm wide collar)
Medium - 22cm/8.5in (will fit 2.5cm wide collar)
Large - 27cm/11in (will fit 2.5cm wide collar)
Extra Large - 34cm/13.5in (will fit 3.8cm wide collar)
If your pet collar does not fit through the bandana then we also sell 'Bandana collars' which are plain lengths of Biothane which fasten via a buckle or quick release clip.
Bandana collars MUST NOT to be used as a restraint or to attach a lead, they are purely for ID tag and decorative purposes.
If your bow or bandana needs a wash then simply remove it from the collar, pop it in the washing machine and wash at 30, air dry, DO NOT tumble dry.
